Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain products, such as perishable goods, are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
After we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us for instructions. We will process exchanges based on availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
